When I am lucky enough to visit some of the world's most beautiful places I am to be found standing in fields waiting for dawn, or catching the last few rays as the sun goes down.  I look for patterns in nature and for recession and interest in an image.  All of the images on this page were taken in the area of San Quirico in Tuscany.  To see the heavy mist lying in the hollows as the sun comes up is one of life's greatest moments.
